Diploma in Human Development, Leadership, Formation & Community Building

This course is intended for those with minimal experience in leadership or who are to be appointed. The year long course offers ample time to develop real expertise in the demanding tasks that will confront newly appointed leaders when they assume their jobs. Many experienced leaders have opted for this course to augment their proficiency in this thorough, in-depth study of the many facets of professional community leadership. The Diploma Course includes a week-long workshop in EQ Development Therapy incorporating Bodywork, a science-based hands-on system of clearing the emotions, ultimately a necessary part of spiritual evolution

Upon satisfactory completion of the course, Saint Anselm awards you a Diploma in Human Development, Leadership, Formation & Community Building.

Second and Third-Year Scholarships

A very limited number of scholarships are available for participants deemed suitable who will be offered the opportunity to stay for a second or third year. These years are based on an apprenticeship system where trainees do further studies for diplomas in leadership and growth facilitation working alongside the senior staff.
